The receiver information is always important.

If the receiver of your box has changed name, address, location, barangay, phone number then it is important that we get the new information as quickly as possible.

You can also contact the Manila office directly and provide them with the information needed. 

You will need your name, Box ID and receivers full information to verify that it is the correct Box ID information being changed.
